PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE REGISTERING
If you are registering for yourself and another person, you will get two activities screens to select for each registrant.
PLEASE, as the primary registrant, do not log in as a member when registering. You will choose in "Registration Type" with a drop down box "club member". Even if you are a guest or National Rep, you should choose "club member". Then in the question box where it asks you for your club, put "none" or National Rep". If you hold an office, please list the office you hold with your name.
There are two payment options: 1) to print a copy of the invoice and mail the payment OR 2) you may pay now by credit card.
If your club is paying on your behalf, please complete as "Print and Mail". Give the invoice to your club to send payment on your behalf. Please remember, Club payments as well as individual payments need to be received by April 13 to receive the Early Bird Discount.

Friday Night Dinner |

Dinner at Riscky's Steakhouse. The District Exchange Group will be in a separate dining room that seats up to 65 people. We can order off the excellent menu and everyone will get separate checks with a 20% gratuity already added. The food prices range from about $10 up. Large portions and excellent selections. This is a prime location in Historic Fort Worth Stockyards located on Exchange Avenue about 150 feet from the inersection of Main and Exchane, the crossroads of the Stockyards.
Please register for this event if you plan to attend. We need to get a head count on how many are attending. |
