You must register by May 15 to receive the Early-Bird Pricing of $50.00.
On May 16, the price increases to $65.00. So don't delay, register today!
WHEN REGISTERING, IF YOU WANT TO SEND A CHECK (OR YOUR CLUB IS PAYING), THE ENVELOPE MUST BE POSTMARKED BY MAY 15 TO RECEIVE THE EARLY-BIRD PRICING. Please mail check to Michele Kimrey, PO Box 1003, Rowlett, TX 75030. ANY CLUB OR INDIVIDUAL BRINGING A CHECK TO THE EVENT WILL BE CHARGED $65 PER PERSON.
Each club receives TWO FREE Registration Packages. Each Club President must contact Michele Kimrey at 972-485-8900 ext 101 or michele.kimrey@gmail.com to Designate Free Member attendees.
The Friday Night Dinner will be located at Traditions Restaurant. The address is 6205 S. Broadway Ave., Tyler, Texas 75703 and phone number is 903-534-1111. The dinner will start at approximately 6 PM.
For those who want to attend just selected events at the Convention or non-member spouses who would like to attend one or two meal events, please register for only the meals you want and not the Registration Package. PLEASE NOTE: Times are currently a guestimate as the final agenda and Program have not been determined, so the times are subject to change. Check back later for definite times. The website will reflect the changes when determined.
